Holiday Project 2011
The Holiday Project provides handmade items for each shelter resident: women, children, teens, men. In 2010, over 290 items were donated to four shelters. This year we've added two more shelters. The items may be scarves, hats, gloves, shawls, cowls, shrugs, soft toys, accessories, fleece scarves, fleece blankets, etc. All handmade items donated are able to be used and are so appreciated by the recipients. 90 fleece scarves were donated last year for the children in the shelters. Please use colorful fleece with patterns, stripes, sports logo, etc, appropriate for all ages of children and youth. Donations may be sent at anytime now. The deadline for Holiday Project items is November 21, 2011.
